The National Biosecurity Forum is an opportunity to discuss biosecurity challenges, achievements and future directions with government and industry representatives.

This year the forum will be run online, with a plenary session held on 9 November, and subsequent webinar sessions held between 10-12 November.

The plenary session will be launched by the Minister for Agriculture, Drought and Emergency Management. It will include an announcement of the Australian Biosecurity Awards winners, as well as presentations from biosecurity representatives.

At the subsequent webinar sessions, attendees can learn more about the latest in biosecurity innovations, communication and engagement initiatives, and collaborative efforts that are underway to strengthen Australia’s biosecurity system.

The National Biosecurity Forum is a joint event between the department and the National Biosecurity Committee (NBC).
