MyPestGuide Reporter is the App that lets everyone report a pest! Your reports are received by experts at the Department of Agriculture and Food, Western Australia (DAFWA) who identify the pest, reply back to your device and map it online so everyone can learn about pest problems. By using the MyPestGuide Reporter App you are supporting your local community, defending Australia’s agriculture industry and protecting the natural environment from exotic pests.

Any unusual plant pest, disease or weed should be reported.
Reporting hotlines operate in both Australia and New Zealand (numbers shown below).

Pests can also be reported using apps, such as MyPestGuide® for Australia, that allow you to submit a photo of the pest or symptoms.
Every report is taken seriously and handled confidentially. Management of calls varies in different areas, but to the same end.
The PSNAP program is currently being transitioned to the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF).
During this time, content will not be updated and membership requests may take longer to process.
